Trust: Care/Teach

Trust is the firm belief in… reliability, truth, ability or strength of someone or something. ‘A firm belief in’… how do we gauge that? When do we gauge that? Who are ‘we’?

In speaking with parents, for some 17+ years, one of the observations and through communications has been the finding of BLIND trust of the people that care/teach their children. There should be a Parent Declaration with there being an amendment that states “In trusting a person to care/teach your child(ren), parents should know/name a minimum of 5 personal things about that person within the month of the child(ren) in their care/teaching.

Through one on one communication, parents and care/teacher can find out so much about each other. Trust, the firm belief in… will be better and feel better by parents and trickled down in feeling to the child(ren) .
